I need some help getting Occult on my reptile faction. Is forbidden knowledge really the only way?

There could also be other ways. Players often surprise me on how they get to things. Those are the two I can think of, and the tester I quickly shot a text off to asking the question same said the same thing.
Personally though with the idea of Vodoo Crocs......... Using Monsters would be a fun creative way to do it.
