How does this ability work? Because it helps you challenge the initiative, but it mentions models immune to fear being immune to the ability. Challenging initiative doesnt target models though?

If the player you are facing has an army with no fear immunity you get to add to your challenge the initiative rolls. If their army is immune to fear this trait does nothing.
