In the War Veteran hability, do I gain Enhancement 1 for each attack sacrificed in the model or for each model that I sacrifice all attacks?

The model sacrifices all of it's attacks for a squad bonus in the combat situation.
This is one of the more popular traits people have taken over the years playtesting.
