Where does the 'Machinist' ability come from?

I found Machinist in the ability index at the back of the book but I can't find how a class would get access to it. Where is it?

So multiple ways.You can make a monster humon and give it fey hybrid 2Take healing sphere with forbidden lore which would open up the sphere for you entire faction.You'll need first aid or some other healing ability with Machinist.
