For the Biest domain there is mention of Regional Traits not stacking with Kingdom Traits unless you have a Regional Affinity.
What does this mean? Do similar traits normally stack or do you just use the highest instance of it?
Does this mean for example that if a feline kingdom took Stealth: Stealth 2 and also took the regional trait Woodland Stealth: Stealth 1 that they wouldn't benefit? Would these normally stack to a stealth 3 but require the regional forest affinity trait to do so?
Ok so to make sure i'm understanding correctly, if i have "path of the alpha" from the canus lupis kingdom branch then taking the environmental branch "Elite breeds" or the "elevated aristocracy" environmental would not stack since they are in fact from different branches and increasing the same characteristic.
Follow up question: So a way to increase movement by more than 1 for my species I could take the forest regional pathfinder trait for movement 1 and then the environmental regional specialization trait to increase that attribute. Since it's listed as an x, is the cost of regional specialization just the pathfinder trait cost again?
Regional Traits are from a separate branch so do not stack with other Increases, however if you take a Regional Affinity trait, the bonus trait selected will indeed stack with your Kingdom Branch allowing certain Kingdoms advantages when focusing on different regions.
